Role Purpose:

Prepare and serve premium beverages and food while delivering excellent customer service, driving retail sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.
• Promote products, upsell, and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Support retail sales through product recommendations and customer engagement.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, food safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and daily store operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, café, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
