Barista

Position Description: Kung Fu Tea in Louisville, KY is looking for a Barista. We are located in Mall St. Matthews.

Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Prepping
• Training new hires
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for our workers and customers
• Keeping workspace and restaurant clean
• Cleaning kitchen equipment
• Provide customer services support
• Solving customer issues
• Be the liaison between worker/customer to management

Qualifications:

• Preferred someone with at least 1 years of barista experience
• Passion for customer service and making declivous beverages and food
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skill
• Customer-focused, self starter, able to work with little to no help
• Attention to details

Requirements:

• Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
