Summary

As a Barista at Zoe's Coffee, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences through our hand-crafted beverages. Located in a vibrant community, this role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and quality while fostering a warm atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and seating.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Support food preparation for breakfast and lunch offerings as required.
• Promote special menu items or events to enhance sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or café environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to operate POS systems; experience with Aloha cnsactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
