Hours & Pay:

- Hours Available: Monday-Sunday 6am-3:30pm

- Two Work Locations: Urbandale & Ankeny

- 10-30 hours available

- Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends

- Hourly starting pay is up to $12.25/hour depending on experience ($9.25-$10.25 + $2.00 On Time Based Bonus)

- Hourly + Tips = $18.00 - $22.00+ / hour

- *Tips received after training period.

Twisted Bean Coffee Company is looking for full and part time barista/cashier's. Experience is preferred, but not necessarily required ~ willing to train the right candidate. Must possess excellent communication skills, have a positive/friendly attitude, a desire to provide outstanding customer service, and can work independently and in a team environment. The position is extremely fast paced and includes making coffee drinks, customer service, and cash/credit transactions. Candidate must be willing to be flexible and wants to work in a fast paced environment. Looking for someone who possesses the following skills:

Responsibilities and Duties

· Cash Handling

· Order taking person-to-person and over a headset

· Operating Espresso Machine, blender, grinders and brewers.

· Implementing techniques and training to deliver premium drinks to customers

· Serving of wine & beer

· Daily Cleaning - including light cleaning, mopping, sweeping, restrooms, and dishwashing

· Opening & Closing of cash registers

· Food preparation (breakfast & lunch)
