Barista and Cashier

Job Overview
Experience required. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality Italian coffee. Your role will involve not only crafting delicious beverages but also providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including managing cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Barista is required.
• Ability to make latte art is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and retail math calculations.
• A passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus.
