Barista and Cashier

Honey Day Coffee + Kitchen is expanding and is in need of a team of baristas to join both locations! Lil Honey Coffeeshop will be opening soon in Ridgewood, NJ and we are building this team as well as adding to our growing Honey Day team in Glen Rock, NJ.

Our restaurant group is approaching brunch, coffee and pastries with a touch of Korean flavor. Exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a fast casual dining environment.

Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills, working together as a team to meet and exceed goals.

Detail oriented, extremely hospitable, flexible in high-volume situations, and mindful of customers and fellow staff.

At least 2 years in a fast paced quick service environment necessary.

Comprehensive coffee and barista skills necessary.

Must have exceptional verbal, written and clear communication skills.

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management, employees and customers

Demonstrates integrity, tact, diplomacy and a commitment to company values.

Must be able to work independently and use sound business judgment. Exercising problem solving, reasoning, motivating, and organizational abilities are key.

Working knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Excel, Google, and other programs.

Food Handler Certification, a plus.

Fluency in another language a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
