Barista and Food Prep

Job Summary
Brewberry Café is looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, positive environment. This role includes preparing high‑quality coffee drinks, assisting with food preparation, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with the team to keep the café running smoothly and ensure every guest has a great experience.

Duties

Customer Service

• Greet customers with a warm, positive attitude

• Take orders accurately and answer menu questions

• Provide fast, friendly service during busy rushes

• Maintain a welcoming and clean café environment

Barista Duties

• Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages

• Follow Brewberry recipes and presentation standards

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS system

• Keep the drink station stocked, clean, and organized

Food Preparation

• Prepare café food items (sandwiches, pastries, desserts, etc.)

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies

Teamwork & Operations

• Work closely with the team to support daily operations

• Help with opening/closing tasks

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, counters, and equipment

• Follow Brewberry Café standards for quality, speed, and hospitality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
