Barista and Kitchen Helper

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista and Kitchen helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bubble tea and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Barista and Kitchen helper will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, making drinks, ensuring the shop is clean and well-stocked, also deep fried snacks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the shop and answer any questions they may have about the menu or ingredients
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare drinks according to customer preferences and recipes
• Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Keep the shop clean and well-stocked throughout the day, including cleaning counters and equipment, restocking supplies, and taking out the trash
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and preparation techniques
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the shop manager

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food service industry preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders and making drinks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as needed to perform cleaning and restocking duties
