Barista / Waiter – Que Coffee Space

Areej 2, Aljada – Sharjah

Que Coffee Space is hiring a Barista / Waiter who’s confident, energetic, and eager to grow in a specialty coffee environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare espresso, milk-based drinks, and manual brews (V60)
• Operate the coffee machine and grinder with consistency
• Take customer orders, serve tables, and run the cashier
• Keep your station clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Support the team and maintain smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of specialty coffee and barista techniques
• Comfortable with both service and bar duties
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Teachable and willing to learn (we’ll train you further)
• Ready to join full-time, preferably immediately
