Job Summary:

Blumen Coffee & Sweets Shop is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Riyadh. We are specifically looking for Saudi nationals or candidates who were born and raised in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation for all drinks served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, coffee bar, and equipment.
• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a professional attitude and positive behavior with customers and team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with restocking and opening/closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (espresso, latte art, brewing methods, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling.
• Good communication skills; English is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be a Saudi national or raised in Saudi Arabia.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
