Barista at Broadsheet Coffee Roasters

We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and professional barista to join our small team! Applicants should have at least one year of experience working in a quality and customer service focused independent cafe.

Broadsheet Coffee Roasters is a nationally-recognized and award-winning coffee roaster. We roast some of the nicest coffees in the country at our nearby roastery.

The ideal candidate has:

We are looking for people seriously interested in a longer term career in coffee and we don't think there is a better place in the Boston area to learn about the craft of coffee. We also aim to grow from within. Benefits including access to subsidized health insurance for full-time employees. The starting base salary ranges depending on experience from $16-17/hr plus tips.

We are looking for candidates with a great attitude and matching customer skills. Coffee extraction, tasting and latte art skills are huge positives as well.
