Barista at Cuppa Coffee - Merrimac

Cuppa Coffee in Boston, is looking for two experienced baristas with espresso coffee experience to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 57 Traveler St and One Merrimac st Boston. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Cafe staffing
• Must be able to work on shift without supervision.
• Cafe operations
• Maintain best practices
• Reliable
• Keyholder
• Can create a friendly experience for customers
• restocking and cleaning
• Staff training

Qualifications

• PIC certification an advantage
• 1 years experience
• Must know how to make quality espresso.
• based drinks.
• Must be able to multi task.
• Work in a busy environment
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Friendly and understanding selling techniques.
• Must have been a skilled barista. (Not a coffee pourer)
