Barista, Bakery support, and shift lead

Dana's Breads is selling the most delicious sour dough bread and pastries in the Cedar Mills Area...
We are looking for applicants with at least a solid year of barista experience and a background of customer service in hospitality.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, have an outgoing personality, be passionate about coffee and baked goods, capable of lifting 50 lbs., reliable transportation, and puts the highest standard of quality above all else.
Current food handler card and OLCC permit required.
Additionally, some baking experience is a big plus but not required
Daily Responsibilities include:
-Leading evening shift lead
-Greeting customers and navigating the menu with them
-Prepare and serve all beverages
-Serving prepared foods and baked goods
-Advantage for pizza making experience
-Processing customer payments
-Developing positive relationships with customers and fellow employees
-Following all operational systems and policies under the supervision of ownership
-Restocking and insuring proper quantity and quality of products
-Occasional kitchen support and dishwashing - Keeping a meticulously clean work area and following all sanitation guidelines
