Barista — Bandidas Coffee Co. (Part-Time | Opening July 2026)

Bandidas Coffee Co. isn't your average coffee shop — and we're not looking for average baristas.

We're a specialty coffee and bagel shop rooted in Manhattan, KS. We roast our own coffee, we build our drinks with intention, and we take craft seriously — behind the bar and on the line. We're looking for baristas who show up ready, take pride in what they make, and actually give a damn about the people they serve.

What you'll be doing:

• Learning and executing our in-house signature drink and food menu
• Preparing and assembling food (and orders) accurately and efficiently
• Delivering a customer experience that's warm, efficient, and memorable
• Keeping back of the house, dining area, and shared spaces clean and guest-ready at all times — if you see it, you handle it
• Showing up on time, communicating clearly, and holding yourself accountable

What we're looking for:

• Previous café or food service experience preferred — barista experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Comfort working with both drinks and food in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine team player: someone who picks up the slack without being asked, notices what needs to get done, and never leaves their team hanging
• Strong attention to detail: dirty tables, spills, a bathroom that needs attention — you catch it and you handle it
• A good person, full stop. Warm with guests, reliable with your team, teachable, accountable and dependable
• A strong work ethic and a consistent attitude, every single shift
• Reliable, communicative, and able to work mornings and weekends (non negotiable, k?)
