Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, cocktails, and food items with precision and flair
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, kitchen, and dining areas to meet health standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately while managing retail math and cashiering responsibilities
• Assist in catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions
• Use time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality standards

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Familiarity with serving in banquet or catering environments enhances your versatility
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy

Pay: $21.30 - $30.00 per hour
