Hiring Barista / Bobarista for Palm Desert / Cathedral City / Indio

TBH Team Members must:

• Be ENERGETIC, FRIENDLY and ENGAGING to all customers (ex. Greeting customers as they walk in, suggesting drinks and toppings, etc.)
• Be punctual/on time for shifts
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service
• Have no task is “too big or too small” mentality
• Handle food/drinks safely and follow health code procedures and guidelines
• Prepare food and drinks consistently based on recipes
• Work well in a team setting
• Have ability to multi-task efficiently
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized
• Initiative - not afraid to take charge or work under minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Must have a Food Handlers card or willing to get one
• Must have at least 1 year of food service experience
• Must be open to work at least 3 days per week including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
• Cashier experience is preferred
• Reminder: Tips are very generous!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tea and boba - following recipes precisely
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prep syrups, fruits, toppings, and other items
• Keep the dining area clean and well maintained
• Daily cleaning tasks - mop, sweep, wipe clean, etc.
• Handle cash register
• Communicate with team members and management

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
