Barista / Café Manager – Hamptons Area (Room to Grow)

Busy, community-focused café in the Hamptons area is hiring a Barista / Manager.

Coffee experience is a plus. Loving coffee is even better.
But the real requirement? Hospitality.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A genuinely great personality
• Strong customer service instincts
• Store or shift management experience
• Ability to open/close and run daily operations independently

You’ll work directly with the owners and take real ownership of the day-to-day — managing the floor, leading shifts, keeping standards high, and making sure every guest feels welcome.

This is not a corporate environment. It’s hands-on, community-driven, and there’s plenty of room for growth for the right person.
