Barista / Café Prep (Part-Time 20 hours)

Mountain Café at Mountain Meadow Herbs is hiring a part-time Barista/Café Prep Attendant to join our energetic, friendly team.

At Mountain Café, we focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and incorporate our in-house herbal extracts to create unique flavors in our drinks and baked goods. Customer favorites include Avocado Toast, Dam Ham Panini, Breakfast Burritos, Mountain Bowls, and our scratch-made coffee syrups—available for dine-in, to-go, or through our convenient drive-through window.

Whether you’re an experienced barista or just getting started, we encourage you to apply. Limited experience? No problem—we provide on-the-job training and love supporting team members as they learn new skills and grow.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service
• Prepare and serve beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, Lotus drinks, and teas
• Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods
• Describe menu items and make product recommendations
• Wrap, label, and date food items for sale
• Process customer payments for café and retail store purchases
• Assist customers in the retail store as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas and customer seating

Compensation

• $15/hour + tips
