Talula’s Table is Kennett Square’s busiest café and gourmet market — a place where exceptional food, coffee and warm hospitality come together every day. We’re known for creating a memorable experience that keeps guests coming back, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, food-loving individuals to join our front-of-house team.

What You’ll Do

• Craft beautiful, well-balanced coffee & espresso drinks
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, genuine way
• Execute efficient, accurate register and counter service
• Assist with bakery & deli counter operations — product knowledge and presentation
• Learn about and share knowledge of our curated selection of gourmet cheeses
• Keep the space clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Collaborate with the café, baking, and culinary teams
• Maintain composure and attention under busy, high-energy conditions
• Represent the Talula’s brand — always hospitality‑first

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in cafés, coffee bars, or fast-paced food/retail settings
• A people-oriented personality: warm, confident, service-minded
• Strong customer service instincts and care for detail
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual and committed to staying at least 1 year
• Reliable transportation
• Local to Kennett Square area (Philadelphia‑based applicants will not be considered)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Barista: 1 year (Required)
• Restaurant or Cafe: 1 year (Preferred)
