The Observer Programme pays experienced baristas and café workers to record their shifts using lightweight smart glasses.

How it works

• Wear smart glasses during your shift
• Record sessions from 30 minutes up
• Spend a few minutes after each session confirming what you did
• Get paid per recorded minute
• All recordings are anonymised

What you'll earn

€15–€18 per recorded hour | €900–€1,100 per month (based on 20 recording days)

First Observers earn a launch bonus.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of barista/café experience
• Currently working
• Hands-on work: espresso preparation, milk steaming, food prep, counter service
• Smartphone (iOS or Android)

All roles welcome: espresso barista, speciality coffee roaster, café counter and food prep.

We provide everything

• Smart glasses — shipped to you, pre-configured
• Full onboarding (~30 minutes)
