Barista Cashier

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating coconut drinks experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment. Your expertise in drink preparation and your ability to connect with customers will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, teas, and coconut desserts according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction. You must be able to explain our menu to the customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements/Expectations

• Best if you have previous barista experience
• Familiarity with POS .
• Work well under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions and top tier service
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
