Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Clover to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and preparation procedures.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining stock levels in the café area.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with POS systems such as clover is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
