Experienced Barista - Full Time/Part Time

We are moving our award winning Biscuit food truck to our first Brick & Mortar here in Longmont. We are looking for an experienced customer-focused Barista to join our team! You will be taking orders, preparing coffee drinks and serving food for customers.

Responsibilities:

· Take food and drink orders; understand the food and beverage menu in order to provide the best possible description and execution of menu items to your guests

· Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the coffee preparation process

· Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of ingredients used for menu items

· Accurately and efficiently enter orders into POS system

· Clear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest visit

· Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures

· Assist the line with delivering food orders as needed

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of Barista experience required

· Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work early morning hours, both weekdays and/or weekends

Compensation:

$19 p/hr. to start plus tips

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
