Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with skill and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling responsibilities with accuracy using proper cashiering procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders clearly, and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café environment.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality.
• Assist with food preparation, serving food items, and restocking supplies to keep the café running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience or coffee industry background is highly preferred.
• Proven skills in POS operations such as Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience in food service or café environments is advantageous.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
