Barista / Cashier

We are a local coffee shop that has been roasting our own coffee in Ojai, CA for the last 30 years. As a family-owned business, we treat our employees like family. If you are looking for a great food service job where you get to make delicious espresso drinks and food for our amazing customers, then this could be a job for you.

We offer competitive pay, starting at $17.50 - $20.0 an hour, and pay based on experience. As an employee, you will also receive tips, which equate to an additional average of $10.0 an hour.

This position will work an average of 25-30 hours a week, and you must be able to reliably commute to work.

- Previous barista/hospitality experience highly recommended

- High energy and naturally great attitude

- Enjoy interacting with people in a positive and friendly way

- 18 years+ required

- You are good at multitasking and do well under high-stress environments

- Coffee lovers of all kinds are encouraged to apply even if you do not have previous experience!

- Weekend availability required

- Are looking for a long-term position and not a seasonal position (longer than 1 year)
