Who we are

Coffeeholic House is Seattle's original Vietnamese coffee shop EST. 2020 . We're known for bold, creative drinks rooted in Vietnamese coffee culture: ube coffee, pandan lattes, coconut coffee, and more. Every cup tells a story, and we need people who want to help tell it.

What you'll do

Craft every drink with intention — prepare and serve Vietnamese coffee and specialty beverages to our recipe and presentation standards.

Own the customer experience — take orders, process payments, make personalized recommendations, and leave people with a reason to come back.

Handle the register — process orders accurately using our POS system with full cash handling integrity.

Keep the space immaculate — restock ingredients and merch, clean the bar, floor, windows, and equipment throughout the shift.

Show up for your team — communicate clearly, support your coworkers, and help maintain a positive vibe on every shift.

What we're looking for

Previous barista or cashier experience in a high-volume café or food service setting (preferred, not required)

A genuine love of coffee and curiosity about specialty brewing methods

Strong people skills — friendly, professional, and able to read the room

Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask during a rush

Reliability and accountability — you show up on time and take ownership

Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

$25–$31/hr total compensation (base + tips)
