Crust Concepts is excited to announce the opening of our newest and most unique concept yet — Bombolino’s Cafe, an Italian-inspired gelato, coffee, and bombolino shop connected to our brand-new Mesa location.

This is the first concept of its kind for our company, and we are looking for talented, energetic, and hospitality-driven individuals to help us bring it to life from the ground up.

If you have experience as a:

• Barista
• Coffee shop team member
• Bakery associate
• Pastry assistant
• Gelato or dessert shop employee

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

• Have 1–2 years of coffee shop, bakery, or café experience preferred
• Are passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Enjoy creating genuine guest connections
• Take pride in quality, consistency, and presentation

Responsibilities

• Preparing espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and specialty drinks
• Assisting with gelato service and dessert presentation
• Maintaining a clean and organized café environment
• Supporting bakery and pastry operations
• Delivering warm, genuine hospitality to every guest
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures
