Barista Cashier

We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our small team! We are now open on Mondays, 7 days a week!

our shop, ENERGY MATTERS. We’re big on being friendly, welcoming, and working as a team. Everyone greets guests, everyone helps out, we literally move as one.

looking for an individual:

• with barista experience (required)
• takes pride in their appearance, well groomed & polish
• naturally friendly & enjoys engaging, making connections with guests
• a team player with a great sense of urgency
• cares about quality, cleanliness, & doing things the right ways, up to standard.

Expectations:

• Follow drink recipes and standards
• Stay clean, stocked, and organized
• Step in and support your team—no standing around

Weekend availability is a must! pay begins at $11/HR + tips! our tips are strong bringing pay up to $14.75-$17/HR.

this is perfect for experience baristas who are overly friendly, enjoy going above & beyond, punctual & team oriented looking for a part time role.
