Barista & Cashier - Scottsdale

Daily Drip Coffee & Desserts is now hiring for the Scottsdale location which is located at 6430 E McDowell Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85257 at the newly built Entrada Plaza! Daily Drip Scottsdale is located close by to Papago Park & Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. We offer various types of coffee, drinks, crepes, pastries, & bites to eat such as toasts & croissant sandwiches & other cafe items. Daily Drip is open Monday-Saturday with different shifts throughout the day & closed on Sundays.

Daily Drip is looking for dedicated Baristas & Cashiers to prepare and serve beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Job responsibilities include making recommendations based on their preferences, taking orders, making drinks, and ensuring that customers are happy with their choices. Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips. The starting salary rate includes from $16 per hour plus tips with the chance to increase from the base salary rate over time. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests! Knowledge of barista and drink techniques is preferred for this specific barista position, but not necessarily required. Also, this current position opening does include the required availability of weekends as well as weekdays for schedule timeframe (with the aspect that Daily Drip is closed on Sundays).

As a Barista & Cashier in Scottsdale, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food items. Your core skills in POS operation, barista experience, and food safety will ensure efficient transactions and a clean workspace. Additionally, your premium skills in time management and sales will enhance the customer experience, driving satisfaction and repeat business. With relevant skills in cash handling and food preparation, you will contribute significantly to our café's success in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
