Job Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability to work between 4:30 AM – 4:00 PM and on the weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to follow safety procedures and communicate with customers and team members
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
• Greet and connect with customers to create AMAZING experiences and start their day off right
• Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ready for the morning rush
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
