Barista – Coffee, Boba & Waffle Specialist

About Mylos Creamery Mylos Creamery is a neighborhood ice cream parlor where small-batch ice cream meets handcrafted coffee, fresh-pressed boba, and hot-made-to-order waffle cones and Belgian waffles.

About the Role As our Barista, you'll be the heart of our counter — crafting espresso drinks, shaking up boba teas, and turning out golden waffle cones that pair perfectly with our ice cream.

What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, cold brew, affogato); build boba / bubble tea drinks; operate waffle cone and Belgian waffle irons to produce 50+ cones and 50+ waffles daily; scoop and serve ice cream; handle POS; maintain sanitation; support opening and closing duties.

Must-Haves 1+ year barista experience, boba experience, waffle experience, Food Handler Card (or will obtain), ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment, reliable and team-oriented.

Strongly Preferred Prior experience at Cold Stone Creamery — Cold Stone alumni receive priority consideration and fast-track interview scheduling. Latte art, boba prep from scratch, ice cream scooping ("slab" technique), training experience, bilingual.
