Barista / Coffee Craft Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Barista to elevate our coffee program and guest experience. This role goes beyond drink preparation — it’s about craftsmanship, consistency, and creating a refined, memorable experience for every guest. You will take ownership of beverage quality, support team training, and ensure smooth, high-level execution during service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency
• Dial in espresso, adjust grind, and monitor extraction to maintain optimal flavor profiles throughout the day
• Operate and maintain professional coffee equipment to the highest standards
• Create and contribute new drink ideas, including seasonal and signature beverages, aligned with the brand’s style and quality standards
• Assist in testing, refining, and implementing new menu items, ensuring consistency and proper execution by the team
• Lead by example during service, ensuring speed, organization, and attention to detail
• Train and support junior baristas to maintain consistency across the team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked barista station at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen and management on beverage development and seasonal offerings
• Deliver a warm, elevated customer experience while handling high-volume service efficiently
• Monitor product quality and presentation, ensuring every drink meets brand standards

Skills

• Previous Lead Barista experience required (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and drink building
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Passion for coffee and hospitality, with a strong attention to detail
• Leadership mindset and ability to support and guide team members
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluent English required; Hebrew is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage: $18 – $20.00 per hour
• Tips averaging an additional ~$2.50 per hour (total ~$20–$22/hr)
