Barista - Coffee Drive-Thru & Convenience Store Market

Our growing convenience retail company is seeking energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our team at a unique hybrid location: a drive-thru specialty coffee shop combined with a convenience market.

This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and want to be part of a modern, high-energy retail concept. Baristas play a key role in creating a great customer experience while preparing high-quality coffee beverages and supporting daily store operations.

You will work as part of a small, collaborative team focused on speed, quality, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, cold brew beverages, and specialty coffee drinks according to company recipes and quality standards
• Operate the drive-thru service window with efficiency, accuracy, and friendly customer interaction
• Maintain speed of service during high-volume periods
• Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized coffee station and prep area
• Restock ingredients, cups, lids, syrups, and supplies throughout the shift
• Support the convenience store team with light retail tasks when needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers

Qualifications

• Coffee shop or food service experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced drive-thru environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
