Barista (Coffee, Juice & Açaí) – Local Transfer Only

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at Caspers Market and Cafe .

The ideal candidate has experience in preparing coffee, juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls, with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls
• Create latte art and maintain excellent drink presentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage stock and ordering requirements.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Stay open to learning new recipes and skills

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista (coffee & juice bar experience preferred)
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art skills
• Experience with smoothies and açaí bowls is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
• Must be available for local transfer
