Barista – Coffee & Protein Bar (Fitness Studio)

Purepower is a high-energy fitness studio offering premium classes and a curated coffee & Protein Shakes bar experience for our members. We’re looking for a friendly, fast, and detail-oriented Barista who can deliver quality drinks and a great customer experience in a fitness-driven environment.

Position Overview
This role goes beyond making coffee — you’ll be part of the member experience. Speed, consistency, and attitude matter. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee/Matcha drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee & matcha, etc.)
• Prepare smoothies, protein shakes, and simple menu items
• Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation
• Take orders, handle payments, and manage POS system
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized
• Restock ingredients (milk, syrups, protein, cups, etc.)
• Engage with members in a friendly, energetic way
• Support front desk or basic gym operations when needed

Requirements

• Previous barista or food/beverage experience preferred
• Comfortable working with espresso machines
• Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable in a fitness/gym environment
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
