Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math to ensure correct transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and creating a friendly environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, food preparation, and serving areas.
• Assist with food industry best practices including food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety.

Experience

• Previous barista experience in a café or food service environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and beverage customization.
• Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable.
• Strong skills in customer service, cash handling, and retail math are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices in the food industry.
• Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $10.00 - $24.00 per hour
