Barista cum Waiter

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista Cum Waiter to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent table service, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Barista Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in beverage preparation areas.

Waiter/Service Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle billing and POS transactions when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista, waiter, or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
