Serra Doce Coffee Shop is a warm, family-owned café in Daytona Beach focused on great coffee, friendly service, and creating a welcoming community atmosphere. We are looking for positive, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Barista/Cashier.

Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we’d love to meet people who enjoy working with customers and being part of a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders and operate the cash register/POS system
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
• Serve pastries, sandwiches, and light food items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
• Restock supplies and assist with daily opening/closing tasks
• Work as part of a team to create a great customer experience

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous barista/cafe experience required
• Weekend and morning availability preferred
