Job Summary
The Barista / Customer Service Representative is responsible for preparing beverages and desserts, providing excellent customer service, handling orders and payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, milkshakes, and desserts according to Sugarmoo standards.
- Ensure product quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and customer areas.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, dessert shop, or customer service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
