Barista / Customer Service Team Member

BAM Coffee is looking for a reliable, dependable, and friendly team member to join our growing coffee shop family.

Coffee shop, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is preferred. Barista experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours and growth within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, energy drinks, and other beverages
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Handle cash and maintain drawer accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Stock cups, lids, syrups, milk, and other supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment

Schedule Requirements:

• Early mornings required
• Weekend availability required
• Most shifts end before 2:00 PM
• Part-time to start

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions when necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
