Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Handle food preparation tasks, including assembling sandwiches, pastries, and light snacks in accordance with food safety standards
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Experience

• Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café environment with a focus on food service IS REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization is REQUIRED
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with positive communication skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy
• Experience in food handling, preparation, and safety protocols within the food industry is highly preferred
