Barista Experienced

We are hiring for several locations. We have locations in Trappe, Audubon, Manayunk & Fishtown.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service; suggestive selling is a plus

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

-Take part in Social Media activities.

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Servsafe certified a plus

Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

• Our hours of operation is 7:30-2:30 (Monday-Friday) & 7:30-4 (Saturday & Sunday)

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday as needed
• weekends

Experience:

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
