Barista - Female

A prestigious Star Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a Barista to join our team. We welcome all qualified applicants, with a preference for female candidates. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, guest service, and delivering a warm, memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, understanding their preferences and providing excellent service
• Prepare a full range of coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, lungo, etc.) following hotel standards
• Educate customers on coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
• Serve pastries and light snacks (cakes, muffins, bagels, biscotti, etc.)
• Grind, weigh, and pack coffee beans for customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas
• Monitor refrigerators, freezers, and heating equipment
• Stock, label, wrap, and display food and retail items
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints professionally
• Support sales by promoting new products and enhancing the coffee bar’s presentation
• Participate in training, workshops, and monthly re‑certification
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel standards
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean environment

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
