Barista (Female Only)- GYM Abu Dhabi

• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, protein shake following company recipes and quality standards
• Operate and maintain coffee machines (e.g., espresso machine, grinder, batch brewers, and milk frothers) and other barista tools
• Execute drink orders swiftly and accurately, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for takeaway and delivery platforms
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all beverage items
• Monitor and restock barista station inventory, reporting low stock or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Follow Abu Dhabi Municipality food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized
• Cleaning countertops and behind the counter, including the coffee grinders, decanters or milk frothers
• Working the point-of-sale (POS) system to complete transactions
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning and inventory tasks
• Upsell add-ons, premium flavors, and specialty drinks in a friendly manner
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
