Barista - FOH

Position Overview:

Roggenart is an authentic European Bakery seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team. If you're friendly, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
• Provide product knowledge and assist with customer inquiries
• Preparing and serving beverages utilizing an espresso machine
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Share information about current specials and seasonal offerings
• Replenish and organize bakery items and displays
• Keep the front-of-house area clean and welcoming
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food retail preferred
• Must be available to work weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and a positive, proactive attitude
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Comfortable with basic math and using a POS system
