Roost Biscuit Co. is a breakfast-focused café built around scratch-made buttermilk biscuits and thoughtfully crafted coffee. We’re a high-volume, food-driven concept, but we take our coffee program seriously—every drink should be consistent, efficient, and dialed in.

We’re looking for a Barista / Expo who can operate with precision, stay organized under pressure, and help keep both the coffee and food sides running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks quickly and consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient coffee station
• Act as the bridge between kitchen and front of house by expoing food orders
• Accurately bag, check, and distribute dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders
• Keep all delivery platforms organized and running on time
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team to ensure order accuracy
• Help maintain a smooth, fast-paced flow during busy service

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay highly organized
• Methodical, systems-oriented mindset
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Barista experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
