Barista/ Foh Staff

Old Soul Co. is seeking passionate Specialty Coffee Professionals to work barista shifts in all four of our high-volume cafes.

Specific Responsibilities

- Open/Close our cafes in a Professional Manner while```````````````` promoting a customer-first environment. Working with the team to accomplish this `````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````daily is our passion.

- Be a peer leader to other Baristas under the direction of the Cafe Manager and Operations Manager.

- Be Passionate about coffee and presenting only the best Old Soul products to our guests.

- Become cross trained in the kitchen to competently produce select menu items for the guests before our Chef comes in

Education Qualifications

- High School Diploma with 3 plus years Specialty Coffee Experience or Associates or Bachelors Degree.

Requirements

- 3 plus years experience in the specialty coffee and service industry.

- Professionalism and Strong Communication skills with Guests and Peers.

- Strong work ethic with a Commitment to Punctuality. Reliable Transportation to & From Work

- Availability: Open Availability is a must for this position. Weekends/Early Mornings/Evenings will all be required along w/ a 30+ hour work week
