Compensation

• Pay Range: $23 – $25 per hour (depending on experience and role)

• All training is conducted at our Woodinville location
• A structured training program with an opportunity to accelerate based on performance
• We hire for mindset and culture fit first—experience is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Master Bobae’s full menu, including seasonal and monthly creations
• Prepare drinks with precision, consistency, and integrity
• Jump into various store tasks and assist where needed
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences—remember names and favorite drinks
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards every shift
• Keep ingredients and supplies fully stocked and organized
• Actively engage in required training and ongoing development
• Excel in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure

What We Need from You

• Must be 18 years or older
• Open availability, including weekends (we are not hiring seasonal-only roles)
• No prior coffee or tea experience required—we’ll train the right person
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• WA Food Handler Certification (required before starting)
• Quick learner with strong listening and follow-through skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership
