Barista / Front Counter & Cleaning - Days - $10/hr plus tips 3-4 days a week

5:30am - 12pm, 12pm-6pm, 3 pm-6pm closed Sundays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers, explain menu items, and ring up purchases.
• Serve quality food and beverage to each customer.
• Participate in the team effort to make sure that guests, including drive-through customers, are pleased with their experience and are served as quickly as possible.
• Knowledge in handcrafting deliciously perfect espresso and other coffee drinks is a plus.
• Maintain quality standards when it comes to handling and preparing food orders.
• Assist with janitorial work, washing dishes, stocking and putting away shipments, and in some cases assisting donut fryers during busy hours.
• Know how to perform all the basic job responsibilities in the store.
• Assist in assignments given by Manager and/or Shift Supervisor and perform other related duties as needed.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, Barista Experience Preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be friendly, outgoing and pleasant in all types of situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detailed-oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task.
• Motivated with a good attitude and great work ethic.
• Previous barista experience preferred
