What You'll Do

• Make espresso drinks with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and purpose
• Keep the bar, register, and cafe areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Uphold our 5 Points of Contact with every guest interaction
• Contribute to a high-performance team that values efficiency and hospitality
• Follow all checklists, opening/closing duties, and side work responsibilities

Who You Are

• An experienced barista or fast learner with a passion for coffee and service
• Friendly, focused, and upbeat — you make people feel welcome
• Able to take direction and feedback with grace and enthusiasm
• Fast, clean, and ready to work hard without cutting corners
• Dependable and consistent — on time is the only time
• A true team player who understands this is not an individual sport
